Within a candidate’s file, the hiring manager will have access to the applicant’s resume, interview, and more. Initiating the background check is as simple as advancing the individual to the “screen” stage, where a package is chosen and a QuickApp is sent to a candidate to give their personal information and authorization. Once the background check is completed, it will be uploaded to the applicant’s profile with a self-authenticating link to view the full report in our Instascreen.
