Our online invitation not only securely obtains the candidate’s personal information but also automates county, city, state, and federal disclosures that align with where an applicant resides and works. The forms then upload to the individual’s file so you can keep them for your records.
Multiple processors in Atlantic’s in-house trained team hold FCRA Basic certificates as well as PBSA Provider certificates. Atlantic makes every strive to guarantee the most compliant background screening reports, along with the utmost accuracy.

Adverse Actions Available
Every client can send pre-adverse and adverse action letters (in both English and Spanish!). These letters will also include a copy of a candidate’s background and their Summary of Rights. And, of course, they’re free to utilize.
