Survivors of Human Trafficking
If you are a survivor of human trafficking, please contact us on our toll-free line at 877-747-2104 for more information about how we can help.
The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB)’s final rule amended the FCRA to add Section 605(c), allowing survivors of human trafficking to block adverse information from consumer reports. You can read more about this amendment here.
In the event of adverse information appearing on an Atlantic Employee Screening report as a result of human trafficking, we do accept requests to block such data. Requests to block adverse information resulting from human trafficking can be submitted via e-mail to: endtrafficking@atlanticscreening.com, or via mail to one of the following addresses:
Atlantic Employee Screening
8895 N. Military Trail, Suite 301D
Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410
Care of: Atlantic Employee Screening
4822 Northlake Blvd, Suite B

Your request must include the following:
- Proof of your identity: this must be government-issued, such as a color copy of your driver’s license or passport
- Document(s) that confirm you were a victim of human trafficking. This can be from a multitude of sources, including federal, state, or tribal government entity. Trafficking documentation can also be provided to you by an organization of a human trafficking task force (if they have been authorized by the government to certify such documentation).
- A statement signed by you and your representative attesting that you are a victim of human trafficking.
- Distinguishment of the adverse information that you wish to block with your request. This information should only be charges that resulted from human trafficking.
